HELP!!!

how to change the language of the video in real player?

I can change in the windows media player....
go to [play] den click [audio and language tracks] to change.

cause, I'm watching a drama... when I play the video... 2 language come out at the same time..... help pls...
if I'm not wrong.. i think i change before.. but i forgot how le.... >.<

They were looking pad lock... too bad all sold out. >.<
